Holyoke Avenue is scheduled to be improved between Heritage Drive to CSAH 70/215th Street in 2017. This work includes mill and overlay of the pavement surface, spot curb and gutter replacement, streetlight replacement with City-standard fixtures (202nd – 210th) and streetscape improvements within the business district. The City is also working with the Downtown Lakeville Business Association to install gateway and wayfinding signage in the downtown area. The Lakeville City Council can defer the payment of any special assessment on homestead property owned by an individual who is at least 65 years old or is unemployed due to a total and permanent disability and meets the income requirements. For more information, download the documents below.
